Heroin overdose masquerades as methomyl poisoning: a case report

Abstract: BackgroundMethomyl is the most common cause of suicidal death but heroin is the most common cause of accidental death. The problem is to determine the exact cause and manner of death between methomyl or heroin toxicity.
