Heteronormativity and Homonormativity as Practical and Moral Resources

Abstract: Studies of heteronormativity have emphasized its normative content and repressive functions, but few have considered the strategic use of heteronormative and homonormative precepts to shape sexual selves, public identities, and social relations.
