High Anterior Release of the Levator Fascia Improves Sexual Function Following Open Radical Retropubic Prostatectomy

Abstract: Unilateral or bilateral high anterior release of the levator fascia in open radical retropubic prostatectomy provides excellent oncological results and is associated with improved postoperative sexual function.
