High-density polyethylene material versus autogenous grafts in craniofacial augmentation procedures

Abstract: Aim: The objective was to do a comparative study and to evaluate the outcome in overall acceptance for correction of residual facial deformity with autogenous graft versus porous polyethylene implants.
