High-Intensity Interval Training (Treadmill) Effects in Myokines and Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress of Calf Muscles in Obese Mice

Abstract: Obesity is commonly associated with chronic tissue inflammation and skeletal muscle dysfunction. The study aimed to investigate the effects of High-Intensity Interval training (HIIT) on myokines and endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress of dietinduced obese (DIO) mice.
