Abstract:Highly electroactive Zn-embedded Ni 9 S 8 nanosphere and its ZnS/Ni x S 6 -based nanocomposites were prepared by a simple hydrothermal route. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transformed infrared spectra (FTIR), high-resolution scanning electron microscope (HR-SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectral (EDX) techniques. The XRD analysis revealed the formation of orthorhombic phase of Zn-embedded Ni 9 S 8 nanosphere for hydrothermall… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
