Abstract: Histopathology for tumor margin assessment is time-consuming and expensive. High-resolution full-field optical coherence tomography (FF-OCT) images fresh tissues rapidly at cellular resolution, facilitating evaluation. We imaged fresh ex vivo skin tissues (normal and neoplastic) from Mohs surgery.
