Abstract: Introduction: Vertebrobasilar junction (VBJ) stenosis is a challenge in endovascular treatment due to structural variants and complexities. The role of high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (HRMRI) in endovascular treatment for patients with severe VBJ stenosis is uncertain.Case Report: Four patients with symptomatic VBJ stenosis underwent HRMRI of the vessel wall before endovascular treatment.
