Abstract:An optical frequency-shift keying (FSK) demodulator with ultrasmall plasmonic nanorods that can filter the coherent optical frequency is developed. Since the filtering efficiency depends strongly on the position and number of the plasmonic nanorods in the array, binary teaching-learning-based optimization (BTLBO) algorithm is proposed to design an array of the plasmonic nanorods in order to achieve maximum absorption coefficient spectrum. In BTLBO, a group of learner consists of a matrix with binary entries; c… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
