Abstract: Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) is a common cyanotic congenital heart disease. Its surgical correction requires ventricular septal defect (VSD) closure and right ventricular outflow tract obstruction (RVOTO) relief, with transannular patch enlargement (TAPE) of the pulmonary valve.
