Higher radial and orbital excitations in the charmed meson family

Abstract: Having abundant experimental information of charmed mesons together with the present research status, we systematically study higher radial and orbital excitations in the charmed meson family by analyzing the mass spectrum and by calculating their OZI-allowed two-body decay behaviors. This phenomenological analysis reveals underlying properties of the newly observed charmed states D
