“…34 The evidence of the formation of these free radicals has been reported by various research groups. [35][36][37] On the other side, the photo-generated holes on the AgNP surface can also be entrapped by OH À ions and form HOc radicals. These visiblelight-generated (cO 2…”

“…Then e − could reduce the adsorbed O 2 to form superoxide radicals (˙O 2 − ), which might react with H 2 O to further generate the active ˙OH species. 54,55 Because the VB level of Bi 12 O 17 Cl 2 was less positive than the standard redox potential of ˙OH/H 2 O (2.68 eV vs. SHE), 56 abundant h + in the VB of Bi 12 O 17 Cl 2 would be directly involved into the degradation of pollutants. This result might explain why ˙OH radical had limited influence on the photodegraded efficiency of pollutant.…”

“…According to the EIS spectrum (Figure 6b), the smaller the arc radius, the smaller the e À transition resistance. [29] The radius of arc corresponding to 20 %-AIBO is smaller than that of BiO 2-x . According to the photocurrent test (Figure .…”
