Highly ordered monolayer assemblies of phthalocyanine derivatives

Abstract: Monolayer assemblies of several phthalocyanine derivatives, e.g. copper tetrakis(n-butoxycarbonyl)phthalocyanine, showing highly anisotropic absorption spectra have been obtained.
