Highly Process-Focused Organizational Performance Measurement Model

Abstract: Abstract. By analyzing the most popular performance measurement systems, the paper develops a new high process-driven performance measurement system which measures the organizational performance from five perspectives: vision, customer, strategy, process and staff.
