Abstract: Cancer has become the most serious disease in the world, and achieving rapid and accurate detection has become the focus of research. In this paper, the novel surface plasmon resonance (SPR)-based biosensor cancer cells (Jurkat/PC12/HeLa) is presented. The biosensor is based on a hybrid structure of two-dimensional (2D) material with MXene (Ti3C2Tx) and perovskite (MAPbBr3).
