Abstract: Platinum Diselenide, PtSe2 is becoming highly trending owing to its fascinating optoelectronic, thermoelectric and semiconductor properties. They are non-toxic, chemically inert and allow high biomolecule absorption which makes them highly applicable in sensors to boost the sensing performance.
