Highly Skilled Migration: Concept and Definitions

Abstract: This Chapter discusses a variety of definitions of highly skilled migration and highly skilled migrants. We address a number of inconsistencies in the definitions and conceptual frameworks which are used, and present critical views of these conceptualisations
