Abstract: Rice bacterial leaf streak (BLS), caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzicola (Xoc), is a worldwide destructive rice bacterial disease, and seriously affects the global rice industry. Effective integrated management measures for BLS depend on the timely and proper detection of Xoc.
