Highly-stable, green-solvent-processable organic thin-film transistors: angular- vs. linear-shaped carbazoledioxazine derivatives

Abstract: Linear-shaped carbazoledioxazines can be processed from green solvents and exhibit a two orders of magnitude higher mobility than their angular-counterpart.
