For the measurements gold-coated 20 MHz AT-cut quartz crystals (XA 1600) 8 mm in diameter and 84 m in thickness were used with gold electrodes (100 nm layers with a diameter of 4 mm) connecting to an oscillator circuit (24,25), which regulates its frequency at the minimum impedance of the quartz crystal.
