HLABAP: HLA Class I-Binding Antigenic Peptide Predictor

Abstract: HLA (Human Leucocyte Antigen) class I molecules present a variable but limited repertoire of antigenic peptides for T-cell recognition. Identification of specific antigenic peptides is essential for the development of immunotherapy.
