Holographic dark energy models and higher order generalizations in dynamical Chern–Simons modified gravity

Abstract: Dark energy models are here investigated and studied in the framework of the Chern-Simons modified gravity model. We bring into focus the holographic dark energy model with Granda-Oliveros cut-off, the modified holographic Ricci dark energy model and a model with higher derivatives of the Hubble parameter. The relevant expressions of the scale factor a(t) for a Friedmann-Robertson-Walker Universe are derived and studied, and, in this context, the evolution of the scale factor is shown to be similar to the one … Show more

“…Cohen et al [24], studied that the construction of HDE density is based on the relation about the vacuum energy of the system whose maximum amount should not exceed the black hole mass. Cosmological consequences of some HDE models in the dynamical Chern-Simons framework, as a modified gravity theory, can be found in Ref [25].…”

“…Up to now, most of the works on this gravity have been restricted to cosmological solutions of scale factor in flat FRW universe in the presence of family of well-known HDE models [31][32][33]. Moreover, the cosmological consequences have only been discussed in [34] for Ricci DE model without inclusion of DM. The purpose of this paper is to explore the cosmological implications in a well-known dynamical Chern-Simons modified gravity.…”

“…The details of this proposal for a correction to general relativity have been given in [30]. Recently, some people discuss the cosmological scenario/solutions with the inclusion of various HDE models [31][32][33][34].…”

“…The evolution equation and EoS parameters for the nonflat FRW universe are elaborated using the HDE model with Granda-Oliveros cut-off in [24]. Pasqua et al [25] investigated HDE and modified the Ricci HDE model in the context of CSMG theory. Ali and Amir [26] discussed the Ricci DE model using the Amended FRW metric in the framework of CSMG theory.…”
