Hope and Self-Compassion to Alleviate Parenting Stress in the Context of the COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract: As the coronavirus disease of 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic disrupted all aspects of life, parents have been subjected to more household and caregiving responsibilities and stressors.
