How can Cooperation be Fostered? The Cultural Effects of Individualism-Collectivism

Abstract: Studies oi cooperation are abundant in the social sciences, but organizational researchers are calling for integrating the numerous conceptions oi cooperation and meeting the new challenges of cultural difierences.
