“…We contend that entrepreneurial bricolage may enable SBEs in manufacturing to attain competitive advantage in a unique way when challenged with resource constraints, chiefly owing to the astute deployment of firms' scarce resources at hand. Additionally, there appear to be inconsistencies in the manner entrepreneurial bricolage drives successful entrepreneurship, for example, on one hand, entrepreneurial bricolage enables SBEs to nurture differentiation through creativity, innovation, and distinctive positioning (Tajeddini et al, 2023), which are drivers of competitive advantage, on the other hand, it is further argued that entrepreneurial bricolage can sometimes bring about sub‐standard products, resulting in flawed solutions which may go a long way to harm competitive positioning of SBEs (Milner et al, 2001). Accordingly, we theorize that the effective combination of these relationships is predicated on the resource orchestration capabilities of these SBEs.…”
