How Mobile Working Impacts Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment: A Cross-Sector Scholarly Literature Review

Abstract: With the COVID-19 pandemic, the factors influencing job satisfaction of employees changed, as well as their organizational commitment to the current employer.
