How Ready Are The Turkish Hospitality And Travel Organizations For E-Complaint Handling?

Abstract: Main purpose of this study was to examine Turkish hospitality and travel organizations' readiness level with e-complaint handling processes and to reveal their return intent to ecomplaints.
