“…In particular, it is possible to highlight the strategic emphasis (Kaletnik et al, 2011), the emphasis of state influence on the formation of the economic potential of the industrial complex (Savchenko, 2015), the emphasis on measuring the regional economic potential (Shcherbakova, 2018), but this does not change the general resource vision of the studied category.
