Abstract:BACKGROUND: In patients with atrial fibrillation, systemic thromboembolic complications dramatically worsen the long-term prognosis. There is currently no generally accepted treatment tactics for patients with atrial fibrillation of non-valvular ethiology after embolism to main arteries of the limbs.
