Abstract:Congenital diverticulum is an uncommonly detected cardiac lesion, especially in infancy. However, its association with cyanotic congenital heart disease is extremely rare. In the current work, we report a case diagnosed in the neonatal period with tetralogy of Fallot and pulmonary valve atresia associated with a large congenital diverticulum originating from the right ventricle.
