Human multipotent mesenchymal stromal cell transcriptome changes in response to PDGF-BB 

Abstract: Activation of multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) is a central part of tissue response to the damage. Platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF-BB), which is abundantly released in the damaged area, potently stimulates the proliferation and migration of MSCs.
