Целью исследования является комплексный анализ различных аспектов процесса цифровизации здравоохранения, позволяющий сделать выводы о степени реализации стратегического направления в области цифровой трансформации здравоохранения в части достижения «цифровой зрелости», а также выработка предложений, способствующих ускорению и достижению более высокого уровня цифровизации в сфере здравоохранения, институциональных мер его поддержки. Методологическая база исследования опирается на методы системного анализа. Результаты исследования. Научная статья посвящена исследованию значимого индикатора устойчивого сбалансированного развития экономики Российской Федерации – уровня цифровой трансформации отечественного здравоохранения. В исследовании авторами уточнена ключевая идея цифровой трансформации отечественного здравоохранения. Проанализированы направления цифровизации здравоохранения как с точки зрения доступности медицинских услуг для населения и экономической эффективности самого здравоохранения, так и повышения цифровой грамотности и обеспечения информационной безопасности в сфере здравоохранения. Авторами выявлены тенденции, характеризующие современное состояние уровня цифровой трансформации отечественного здравоохранения. Предложены институциональные условия, способствующие ускорению и достижению более высокого уровня цифровизации в сфере здравоохранения с целью устойчивого сбалансированного развития отечественной экономики. Перспективы исследования заключаются в достижении более высокого уровня цифровизации в сфере отечественного здравоохранения с целью устойчивого сбалансированного развития экономики страны.
The purpose of the research is a comprehensive analysis of various aspects of the process of digitalization of healthcare, which allows us to draw conclusions about the degree of implementation of the strategic direction in the field of digital transformation of healthcare in terms of achieving "digital maturity", as well as the development of proposals that contribute to accelerating and achieving a higher level of digitalization in healthcare, institutional support measures. The methodological basis of the research is based on the methods of system analysis. Research result. The scientific article is devoted to the study of a significant indicator of sustainable balanced development of the economy of the Russian Federation – the level of digital transformation of domestic healthcare. In the study, the authors clarified the key idea of the digital transformation of domestic healthcare. The directions of digitalization of healthcare are analyzed both from the point of view of accessibility of medical services for the population and the economic efficiency of healthcare itself, as well as improving digital literacy and ensuring information security in the healthcare sector. The authors identified trends that characterize the current state of the level of digital transformation of domestic healthcare. The institutional conditions contributing to the acceleration and achievement of a higher level of digitalization in the field of healthcare for the purpose of sustainable balanced development of the domestic economy are proposed in the article. The prospects of the research are to achieve a higher level of digitalization in the field of domestic healthcare in order to achieve a sustainable balanced development of the country's economy.
