Human Resources in Aviation in the Covid-19 Era

Abstract: Covid-19 has adversely affected many sectors, especially aviation. Because the plane is an enclosed space and spreads the virus faster by carrying passengers between countries, aviation has been affected more than other sectors. In this process, revenues of aviation enterprises have decreased, flights and therefore the amount of required labor has decreased due to domestic and international flight bans.
