Human Resources Management in Mosul Municipality

Abstract: This study aims to examine the relationship between the job satisfaction levels of employees in Mosul Municipality and their commitment to the institution. The survey form used as a data collection tool consisted of a personal information form, job satisfaction scale and organizational commitment scale.
