Hybrid IR FPAs based on charge injection devices

Abstract: The points of structuring hybrid IR FPAs based on charge injection devices (CID photodetector) are considered. Results of experimental examination of different thermographic systems based on InAs CID, linear and matrix hybrid modules, IR camera, IR microscope, high speed spectrometer are presented. It is shown that, in the short-wave IR range, it is possible to realize thermographic systems with temperature resolution (4-8) mK at effective frame frequency 1-10 Hz.
