Abstract:In the quest for effective anti-aging solutions, this paper explores the potential of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) as a promising, noninvasive approach. HBOT involves exposure to high-pressure oxygen environments and has demonstrated notable effects, including the reduction of senescent cells, promotion of angiogenesis, and improvement in tissue health.
