Abstract:Rheumatic mitral stenosis (MS) in association with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is a very rare entity. This combination presents diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. We report clinical, echocardiographic features, and management challenges of one such case of rheumatic MS with HCM who presented to us with acute decompensated heart failure.
