EnrichIntersect: an R package for custom set enrichment analysis and interactive visualization of intersecting sets

Abstract: Enrichment analysis has been widely used to study whether pre-defined sets of genes or other molecular features are over-represented in a ranked list associated with a disease or other phenotype.
