‘I Know That You Know’ - Ascertaining Mutual Awareness of Recipient’s Availability Status in Instant Messaging Applications

Abstract: Abstract. This study investigated ways to attain mutual, reciprocal awareness of recipient's availability status in Instant Messaging (IM) applications.
