Abstract: INTRODUCTIONProgressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) is a devastating 4R tauopathy affecting motor functions and is often misdiagnosed/underdiagnosed due to a lack of specific biomarkers. Synaptic loss is an eminent feature of tauopathies including PSP.
