Abstract:This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Iceberg analysis and U-process methods in training to strengthen religious moderation by evaluating the reaction and learning level of the Kirkpatrick method. Survey research and descriptive analysis were used to determine training effectiveness. The population is 90 people, and the sample is 73 using the Morgan and Krejcie Sample formula.
