Abstract: DiSulfide Bond forming proteins (DSB) play a crucial role in the pathogenicity of many Gram-negative bacteria. Disulfide bond protein A (DsbA) catalyzes the formation of disulfide bonds necessary for the activity and stability of multiple substrate proteins, including many virulence factors.
