“…Brasil, que es un país que cuenta con la mayoría de sus vías de comunicación sin pavimentar, el mantener en buen estado estas vías muchas veces es muy costosa, y otras no se realizan de forma eficiente, pues el personal no maneja un buen trabajo técnico o aplicación de la tecnología adecuada.
