Identification and expression analysis of sex biased miRNAs in chinese hook snout carp Opsariichthys bidens

Abstract: As an economically important fish, Opsariichthys bidens has obvious sexual dimorphism and strong reproductive capacity, but no epigenetics study can well explain its phenotypic variations.
