Abstract: Intracerebroventricular (ICV) administration of the opioid‐like peptide agonist, nociceptin/Orphanin FQ (N/OFQ), produces a free water diuresis in addition to marked depressor effects on cardiovascular function and renal sympathetic nerve activity (RSNA).
