Identifying Nursing Homes With Diverse Racial and Ethnic Resident Compositions: The Importance of Group Heterogeneity and Geographic Context

Abstract: Racial/ethnic composition of nursing home (NH) plays a particularly important role in NH quality. A key methodological issue is defining when an NH serves a low versus high proportion of racially/ethnically diverse residents.
