Identifying Temperature and Moisture Controls on Fe Oxide Origins

Abstract: Magnetism, redness, and Fe oxides are indicators of pedoclimatic conditions. However, uncertainties with observing how Fe oxides form within soils has led to debates about relationships between magnetic mineral assemblages, temperature, and rainfall.
