Abstract: He is a member of the ATSC Board of Directors, representing IEEE. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON BROADCASTING. He has been named a member of the Order of Canada since 2018. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering.
