Abstract:Ifosfamide-induced encephalopathy (IIE) is a rare adverse event and is usually transient and reversible. However, it may cause permanent neurological dysfunction and even death if not addressed early. The use of aprepitant and presence of acute kidney injury may precipitate IIE.
