Iliac wing osteotomy for the closure of pelvis in the treatment of bladder exstrophy in the neonate

Abstract: Classic bladder exstrophy is a rare disorder involving an externalized bladder through an associated pelvic diastasis. Difficulty of closure of pelvic diastasis is often encountered following urological reconstruction.
